About the Program

The Grow America Farm Corps is an innovative initiative designed to revitalize the agricultural sector while supporting the integration and well-being of new Americans. Initially focused in Vermont, this program uniquely addresses the farm labor shortage by fostering a dynamic collaboration among farmers, new Americans, veterans, government entities, non-profit organizations, community groups, and private sector partners. It aims to create sustainable solutions that can be replicated in other regions, starting with a strong foundation in Vermont’s rich agricultural landscape.
